For each school-aged child in your household, please complete, sign, date and return the survey to child’s school. If sections 1 and 2 of the survey do not apply to you, just check the box in Section 3 then sign and date the form. Oops-I-Forgot-It-Closet
Did you know the school has an "Oops-I-Forgot-It-Closet" in the Main Office? There are just some of those days where your student has forgotten their lunch, books, laptop or other essential items. You may drop off forgotten items in this closet for your student to pick up, but please take note of the following:

  • It's up to you to notify your student that you've dropped off the item for their pick-up. Send them a text or call them on their cell phones.
  • Please write your student's name and the day's date on the item.
  • Items must be picked up no later than the end of the school day.
  • We dispose of lunches at the end of each day, as (unfortunately) we've discovered many food items spoil. If the lunch was packaged in a lunchbox, the lunchbox will be sent to the Lost and Found (in cafeteria) for retrieval.
  • At the end of the school week ALL ITEMS will be sent to the Lost and Found.
