This year, we will be administering the required Fairfax Youth Survey to all sophomores and seniors through their Social Studies classes between November 6th through 15th, 2019. The Fairfax County School Board and the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors work together to administer the Fairfax County Youth Survey. The purpose of the survey is to assess our students’ needs and strengths and then develop programs to support them in identified areas of need. If you do not wish your student to participate in the Youth Survey, please complete the attached Opt-Out form and return it to your student’s counselor no later than November 5th.
