After-School Program
Our After-School Program starts this Monday! Students can stay after Monday through Friday from 2:15-4:45pm. The schedule of activities for the 1st quarter is attached here. Students will sign up daily during lunches throughout the school year if they are staying for after-school that afternoon. Participation in the After-School Program is free for all Poe students.
Late buses are provided on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Students will receive their late bus information the first time they participate in after-school. Late bus stops may differ from the regular school day stops as there are fewer buses and stops. Fridays are a parent pick-up day. When picking up your child, please arrive promptly at the conclusion of the program.
If a student stays for after-school that afternoon, he/she must remain in a supervised activity until the 4:45pm dismissal unless a parent/guardian signs him/her out in the front office or documentation from a parent/guardian is provided to Mr. Rosas.
Please discuss your child’s after-school plans for each day in advance to prevent any confusion. We look forward to having our students stay after!
