Greetings Saxon Families,
This has been another amazing week in Saxon Country. Both our varsity field hockey and volleyball teams experienced wins this week.
Congratulations to junior Lilly Fowler who finished in 1st place in the Varsity B race at the Monroe Parker
Invitational Cross Country race last Saturday. Lilly missed her sophomore year with an ACL tear, so this is a huge
comeback for her.
The girls’ cross country team placed second in the Monroe Parker Invitational Cross Country event.
Saxons Jayeesh Chennupati, Isaac Chiu, Jaehyug Cho, Stephanie Liu, Daniel Mousavi, Jeffrey Pei, Shahan Salam,
and Karina Wugang have been named semifinalists by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation 2020. We are
proud of each of them.
The renovation on the courtyards has gotten underway. A huge thank you to our PTSA and those of you who have
donated to the revitalization project by purchasing an item for the Langley Courtyard Legacy tree.
Tonight, our Saxon football team will be playing the Robinson Rams. We wish them much luck this evening. I hope to see each of you at the big game. Have a fantastic weekend.
