Free and Reduced-Price Meals

The Free and Reduced Meals application is now online.  Families must re-apply every year to receive this service.  Click this link for more information and to apply online.  Please also complete the consent to share information (section 4 of the application) as this can allow the school to waive course fees and families to receive reduced fees for other activities.  If families do not re-apply, the current free/reduced lunch status will be inactivated beginning October 8th.

Medications

REMINDER: If students are carrying an epi-pen device, inhaler, or other emergency medication, a signed authorization by a physician and parent is required to be on file with the school health room. Other medications are not permitted to be carried by students but can be provided to the school health room by a parent with the proper paperwork. Authorization forms can be found on the FCPS website: https://www.fcps.edu/registration/forms

Attendance

Please be aware that if you need to check your student out early, you may have your student bring in a signed note from the parent to the Attendance office at the start of the day. Your student will then be able to check-out through the attendance office and meet you in the front of the building.  If no note is received, you will need to come inside to the attendance office to check them out.  Sending the note saves both you and the staff a lot of time and effort.  Please keep in mind that dismissals between 2:30pm and 3:00pm are very difficult due to bus arrival and preparation for dismissal.  If a check-out is needed after 2:30, please plan ahead and send a note.

Clinic

Donate Your Car to FCPS & Help Students Learn

The Student Auto Sales and Automotive Technology Program operating at Centreville High School are seeking vehicles for students to work and train on. Any vehicle qualifies and once the vehicles have been evaluated by the students, some are refurbished and resold through our Student Auto Sales program, funding our school’s program and enhancing the automotive technology class in its abilities. FCPS is looking for your fully tax deductible vehicle for our students use. Please contact Centreville HS Automotive Technology instructor Ryan Edwards at rwedwards@fcps.edu or call (703) 802-5588 to donate to this great cause.
