Dear Families,
In our efforts to keep you well informed, we want to let you know that this afternoon we detected a strange exhaust or gas-like odor in one area of our building. We immediately evacuated the building and notified the fire department. At no time did fumes reach a dangerous level in the building.
When the fire department determined that the building was safe for students to return, we resumed our scheduled classes.
As always, we were pleased with the appropriate and responsible conduct of our students and the professional manner of our staff. We truly have a responsive and caring school family, and we appreciate and value you all.
