Early Checkouts from School

For early dismissals, please complete this Check-Out Form or write a note that includes the student name, date and time, and reason for early check-out, parent signature and contact number.  Students must bring the note to the Attendance Office by 9:45 a.m. to receive a pink check-out pass.  At the time of dismissal, your son/daughter will bring the pink check-out pass back to the Attendance Office for verification before meeting you outside.

Due to staff responsibilities at the end of the day, we are not able to honor unannounced early dismissals within 15 minutes of school dismissal.

Please know that during the school day we will do our best to retrieve students for unannounced early dismissals; to ensure timely dismissal please follow the procedures above.

For full details on Attendance Procedures, please visit the Attendance page on the Woodson website.
