School Photo Day is September 9 and 10
Students photos will be taken on September 9 and 10 during your student’s PE class. Students have received their photo envelopes and information for ordering photos from their PE teacher this week. If you are missing a photo envelope please ask your student’s PE teacher or contact Natalie Lissy for a new form. NSLissy@fcps.edu

Finance Park Field Trip
The Finance Park Field Trip for 8th graders will be on the following days-September 17 through September 20. Below is a list of which day each Civics teacher is attending. We will need parent volunteers, please contact your Civics teacher if you have questions and use this link to sign up.

5K Fundraiser
We would like to invite you to the 11th Annual Asha-Jyothi Run/Walk on Sunday Sept 15th at Fairfax Corner. As you know this is a fun, easy way to raise money for your school while celebrating health and wellness.
As part of our community outreach effort, we are offering a discounted race registration fee of only $15 (regular price $25) to anyone using your school’s unique coupon code. 100% of the race registration fees (up to $1,000) using your school’s code will be donated back to your school by Asha-Jyothi to fund technology / educational needs or any Asha-Jyothi campaign that your school chooses to support.
