We had a fantastic first day here at Lake Anne. It was wonderful to see all of your excited children back in the school. Please review the information below regarding the rest of the school week.
Thank you to all that walked, biked, drove, and transported your children to school today. In an effort to support the transition from summer break to school, we allowed parents to walk their students to class. We will continue to allow parents to walk with their children for the remainder of the week but also ask to help gradually release them to walk independently to their classes. Thank you for your assistance in supporting our students!
All students will be bringing home an Emergency Care Card today. Please complete the form and then return them to your child's teacher. We need the most updated information in case of emergency. Thank you.

Reminder: Friday August 30th and Monday September 2nd are student holidays. New Virginia law requires all schools that start prior to Labor Day must be closed on the Friday prior to Labor Day. Enjoy the four day weekend!! |
