We are excited to announce that Ms. Sarah Lutes has been selected as our newest assistant principal! As an educator and instructional leader, Ms. Lutes brings a variety of knowledge and experience. She is coming to us from the FCPS Interagency Schools where she has been serving as an assistant administrator and School Based Technology Specialist (SBTS). Ms. Lutes was also an SBTS at South County Secondary School and served as part of the Instructional Technology Integration team in the FCPS Instructional Services Department. She began her teaching career as an English teacher in Georgia and eventually made her way to FCPS where she continued teaching at Thoreau Middle School. She earned her undergraduate degree from Emory University and graduate degrees from Oglethorpe University and George Washington University. We are excited to have her join the team.
