BACK-TO-SCHOOL FACULTY AND STAFF BREAKFAST – AUGUST 19 AT 7:30 A.M.
It is time to welcome our teachers and staff back to school. This is our first hospitality event for the 2019-2020 school year. The PTA Hospitality Committee will provide hot breakfast casseroles. We hope that you will help provide the rest of the items needed to give our teachers and staff a delicious breakfast as they begin to prepare for another fabulous year. BUS ROUTES
MapNet Web for parents and students via Blackboard: Parents and students have access to stop information and the approximate time for pick up and drop off. Students can see the link for transportation when they log in to their Blackboard (FCPS 24-7 Learning) account. Parents can see the link in their Parent View account. This information is available in Blackboard.
ONLINE FREE AND REDUCED-PRICE APPLICATION INFORMATION
Free and reduced-price meal applications may be completed online or by submitting a handwritten, paper application for the 2019-2020 school year. Electronic meal applications are quick, easy, and available in the following languages: English, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Tagalog, French, and Vietnamese.
Flyers with information about the online application are available on the Food and Nutrition intranet site, in the Resources for Schools section, in eight translated languages, for schools to print and share with parents.
Both the online application and paper application include a designated section with a consent to share information for potential waiver of fees for other programs. This allows parents/guardians to complete the free and reduced-price meal application and provide consent to share information in the same document.
Paper applications must be the original red print forms, which are available at school offices, school cafeterias, and other FCPS buildings. Copied application forms cannot be accepted.

PARENT/HIGH SCHOOL VOLUNTEERS URGENTLY NEEDED FOR OPEN HOUSE 8/20 & 8/21
We are in need of parent and high school volunteers for a successful open house. Adults and high school students are needed to handle monetary transactions for locker sales and spirit wear sales. We also need adults to pass out schedules. Please sign-up to volunteer here:
