Happy Summer Wolverines!
I hope you all are having a wonderful, fun and relaxing summer so far. We are hard at work getting things ready to kick off an exciting 2019-2020 school year. To that end, I wanted share some important information/dates. We are still on track for our summer laptop distribution days (see below) and prepared for a smooth transition to a blended learning environment.
I know Juniors and Seniors have been waiting patiently for information regarding online parking pass registration. Before you will be able to receive a pass, all you school obligations must be fulfilled.
The financial obligation letters were mailed last week, so please be sure to contact the finance office to clear any obligations. The live online parking link will be available on West Potomac Website. Seniors ONLY will have access to registration beginning on August 1st -August 4th. Juniors will have access beginning August 5th until sold out. The online system records registrations on a first come first serve basis and reserves your pass. Passes will distributed during the week of Aug. 19th at the safety and security office. You must have a valid license, NOT court documents, in order to reserve your space. The online process will reserve your parking pass by collecting all required information and processing your payment. Parking passes will be issued upon verification of your driver’s license, insurance, payment and obligations.

Summer Hours
A reminder that our school summer hours are from 9am-1pm. Offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5.
Student Schedules
All students and parents will be able to see class schedule on Thursday, August 22, at 6am on ParentVue/StudentVue. If you do not currently have an account you can visit this website to create one. Schedules will not be finalized/available to view until August 22.
Summer Assignments
A reminder to review this website for any summer assignments including the reading for all English courses.
Email Subscriptions
Summer time is a great time to view/update your “News You Choose” emails. Visit this website to review your current subscriptions and sign up for any other WPHS emails you may be interested in.
