Mr. Magliola is currently an assistant principal at the Winston Churchill International Baccalaureate Middle School in the San Juan Unified School District in California where he has been helping to lead the school since 2016. In addition to his experience at Winston Churchill Middle School, he honed his administrative skills as an ESY principal in both the San Juan Unified School District, as well as the Palo Alto Unified School District. Prior to his work as an administrator, he worked as a resource specialist teacher, co-teacher and coach in the San Juan Unified and Palo Alto School Districts in California with a focus on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and special education. Mr. Magliola has been an educator since 2004.
Mr. Magliola will begin in FCPS on July 10th and plans to schedule several parent coffees over the summer in late July and early August. Confirmed dates will be communicated shortly after July 10th. He is looking forward to meeting with parents in the community.
