8th Grade Gala is THIS FRIDAY!! Frost Middle School presents Hollywood Nights! An evening of food, games, music and fun! Last chance to purchase 8th Grade Party tickets online at $15.  Price at the door is $20. https://squareup.com/store/frostspiritstore

When: Friday, May 31st, 6:30-9 pm Where: Frost Middle School cafeteria and gyms Tickets:  $15 in advance ($20 at the door) Attire: Summer dress casual (slacks, polo shirts, sundresses, etc.)

 

Frost PTA Board 2019/20 School Year

The Frost PTA is pleased to announce its list of candidates for the 2019-20 School Year!

Nominations will be taken from the floor for each position as well, so if you are willing to serve, please come out and let everyone know! The election will be held in the Frost Middle School Library on Wednesday, June 5th, at 9:00 am during the PTA’s last meeting of the year. Please join us as we enjoy light refreshments while meeting other parents, thanking the current board for their service, and planning activities for next year. We look forward to seeing you!

 

PTA Reimbursements: Please submit any outstanding requests for reimbursements to the PTA Treasurer no later than Friday, May 31st.  The request form can be found on the PTA website at http://frostmspta.org/publications-forms.html .  Please attach receipts to the completed form. Thank you!

Precisionette Car Wash! Come and support the Woodson Dance Team on Saturday, June 9th 8:30am-1:30pm by getting your car washed.  We will be in front of the ROCK near the gym.  $10 gets you a clean car and allows you to support our 2019-2020 club team with our expenses the coming year.  Look for a Precisionette to buy a ticket in advance or just show up!

MedStar Adaptive Sports Camp! July 8-12, 9 am-4 pm, Trinity U 125 Michigan Ave. NE Washington DC. This camp for kids ages 6-18 with a physical disability includes adapted basketball, tennis, cycling, fitness, swimming, crafts, fieldtrips etc.. Equipment provided. Woodson Girls Basketball Summer Camp! Learn directly from Woodson Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach Erik Cassily. Counselors and additional instructors include Woodson Girls Basketball players, alumni, and assistant coaches. Attendees will learn basketball fundamentals while having fun with games and activities! Each camper will receive a free t-shirt and additional prizes. Lunch and concessions will be available throughout the day. DATES: June17 – 21 TIME: 9AM - 3PM AGES: 7 - 14  COST: $190

Summer Volleyball Camp July 15-18, rising 4th-9th graders are invited to attend Woodson summer volleyball camp to learn skills in a fun environment. Additionally, we want to prepare rising 8th and 9th graders for high school level volleyball. Summer Cheer and Dance Camp! Cheer and Dance camp registration is open and spaces are filling up! Join the WTW Cheer and Dance Teams for five days of fun 8/12-16/19.  Cheer: 9am-1pm. Dance: 1pm-5pm. All participants will receive a dance t-shirt, learn cheer and dance skills, make crafts, and play games.  The camp participants will participate in a theme-based performance open to all parents.
