TJ Parent Survey for Challenge Success

Dear TJHSST Parents/Guardians:

As we get ready to close out this school year and prepare for next year, we are keeping wellness and balance goals at the forefront.

Our TJ Challenge Success team recently attended a national networking conference and refined next steps. We have surveyed our students and our teaching staff, and it is now time for us to hear from you, our parents.

You are invited to participate in a parent survey on students' social, emotional, and physical well-being, their educational goals, and their views on the academic climate and expectations at TJ and at home. Your participation will take approximately 20 minutes.

There are no right or wrong answers. Please note that when we use the term "parent" in the survey, we are referring to the child's primary caregiver which may be a parent, stepparent, and/or a guardian. You may use the back button in most sections of the survey to change your response to previous questions. If you are not able to finish the survey in one sitting, you are able to pick up where you left off if you continue using the same device and browser.

You may access and complete the survey online from a computer, tablet or smartphone by clicking herePlease complete the parent survey by Friday, May 24, 2019. Because students already completed their own survey, we ask all to respect this survey process which is seeking feedback only from current TJ parents.

We will share the results from the survey after they have been compiled.  If you have specific questions about the survey, you can visit the Challenge Success website (www.challengesuccess.org), or, more specifically, the survey FAQs and sample questions pages.

We truly appreciate your feedback.Thank you for taking the time to participate in our parent survey which is an important part of the collaborative research process we have with Stanford University, one which is dedicated to improving our entire school community's well-being.

Most of all, I wish to thank our TJ PTSA. They are pleased to fund the Challenge Success parent survey using your dues and generous donations. The TJ PTSA would love to see you join as a member, volunteer or donor. Click here for more information on how you can be involved.

Sincerely,

Ann N. Bonitatibus, Ed.D.
