Dear Families,
The games are ready, the food is ordered, Moon Bounces and Laser Tag are on their way, and the raffle baskets are packed full of prizes. To make this May the fourth perfect, all we need is you! I hope to see you this Saturday at our Out of This World Fun Fair. It is the final and biggest PTA event of the year. Our volunteers have been working hard to make it a great one.
From 11:00-3:00, try your hand at carnival-style games, get your face painted, visit the LEGO room, and buy a ticket for a chance to win one of the amazing raffle baskets.
Plan to stay all day and come hungry… We will have pizza, chicken sandwiches, and popcorn for sale. Or bring home dessert from the bake sale.
We would truly appreciate your help at the event—many hands make light work! There are still many opportunities to support the Fun Fair with just an hour of your time. There are lots of ways to help—from food and ticket sellers to helping kids pick out prizes, to donating a cooler or table.

The Fun Fair helps the PTA to support the school and the best teaching staff you will ever meet! Funds go to help classroom programs, Cultural Arts assemblies, building and grounds improvements, teacher and staff luncheons, and the purchase of one-to-one computer devices so ALL CWES students will have access to a device in the classroom.
Plus, your kids will think it’s hilarious to watch me get pied in the face by a lucky raffle winner!
