Recognitions
Congratulations to Mitchell Davis, who is one of six participants from the Northern Virginia region selected to advance to the Supreme Court round in the Model Judiciary. On Monday, April 22, Mitchell will be appearing in the Supreme Court of Virginia and arguing his case before actual Supreme Court Justices in Richmond. After the competition, the Justices will hold a small reception where the students will be able to meet and talk with them. Congrats to Mr. Keenan Goldsby and Mr. Jim Hardy for their support and guidance in the Model Judiciary.
Congratulations to the following students in the Chantilly Academy, Teachers for Tomorrow class. This year, Dr. Brabrand announced something new for students in the program. Recent Student Successes
This is the next installment for the school year of what has become a weekly segment aimed at recognizing students for demonstrating recent improvement or achievement in academics, behavior or citizenship. At the end of each recognition, you will see the name of the nominating teacher or staff member. On a rotating basis, departments will nominate students. I meet with recognized students each week to congratulate them in person.
