Terraset Basketball Challenge
Thank you so much to everyone who came out to the Basketball Challenge last week to cheer on our Terraset teams! Great job to our girls and boys teams, our staff team, and to the Terraset spirit squad!
A HUGE Thank You to all our volunteers and the PTO Basketball Challenge Committee who helped make this event possible. We couldn't do it without you and we are so appreciative of your time and help!
Internet Safety Presentation and PTO Meeting - April 23
Please join us on April 23 at 6pm when Terraset will host an internet safety presentation. With a rise in internet/social media issues, there is a need to educate and dialogue with parents and guardians about this topic. Following the internet safety presentation we will have the regularly scheduled PTO meeting.
6th Grade Parents - Langston Hughes PTA
The Langston Hughes PTA president will be joining us at our April 23rd PTO meeting, at 7pm, she will be sharing information on the Langston Hughes PTA and ways you can become involved. The Langston Hughes PTA is a great way for you to get connected and stay informed about what’s happening in your child’s school. Please feel free to attend one of the Langston Hughes PTA's upcoming meetings. The Langston Hughes PTA is currently looking for volunteers for next school year. 6th Grade Memory Book
Every year the Terraset PTO helps the 6thgrade class celebrate their promotion from elementary school. It is a major milestone for our students and our 6thgrade parents are already working hard to raise funds and plan a fun party at the end of this school year. This includes creating a memory book to give to every 6th grade student. It will feature artwork by all the 6th grade students, class snapshots, and personalized shout-out “ads” from family and friends.
We invite you to be part of this special keepsake by purchasing a shout out "ad" recognizing your 6th grader in this book. Create and upload your own design or give us some text and we will create one for you. All proceeds go to the 6thgrade party. Ad prices are as follows - Full page ad $20, Half page ad $15, 1/4 page ad $10, 1/8 page ad $5.
