Recent Student Successes
This is the next installment for the school year of what has become a weekly segment aimed at recognizing students for demonstrating recent improvement or achievement in academics, behavior or citizenship. At the end of each recognition, you will see the name of the nominating teacher or staff member. On a rotating basis, departments will nominate students. I meet with recognized students each week to congratulate them in person.
Tam Hoang is a model student and a wonderful person! She is conscientious, diligent, well organized, and task oriented. In my classroom, she consistently displays character traits such as cooperation, thoughtfulness, cordiality, and integrity. I applaud her industrious, pleasant, and gracious spirit. Ms. Maricel Fernandez
Kimberly (Kimmy) Lee does such great work for French Honor Society. She is a strong and conscientious leader in the club and also in the classroom. I don't know what I will do without her next year! Ms. Elaine Gonzalez
On a recent speaking test, Samuel (Sam) Lepiksaar did an outstanding job despite being very nervous beforehand. I was very proud of him and see real progress. Great job Sam! Ms. Mary Bea Bouchet
Dakota Meny completed a cooking show video project in French where he didn't use a script and was truly speaking French the whole time. It was so entertaining and the entire class was very engaged watching. We were able to see his personality shine! Ms. Renee Kendley
Kimberly Nguyen has made great progress in Spanish 3 this year. She is tackling a difficult concept and applying it correctly! I am looking forward to her presentation next week. Way to go, Kimberly!! Mr. Todd Whitesell
