Bailey's Elementary Sing-Along

We want to wish you a Happy Holiday and invite you to ring in this season with us.  The first Bailey’s ‘Snowy Songs & Sing-Alongs’ is fast approaching, and we are excited! All students are learning many Holiday songs from around the world (Jingle Bells, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Feliz Navidad, Con Mi Burrito Sabanero, etc.)  Please sing with your children at home, and come join us for “Snowy Songs and Sing Alongs”.   

Below you will find a schedule of dates and times that your child’s class will be participating.  When you arrive in the gym that day please find the sign with your child’s teacher’s name.  Students will sit on the floor in front of the chairs.  Parents can either sit with their child on the floor, sit in the chairs, or stand behind the chairs with the class. 

AM Sessions:  8:45-9:15

PM Sessions:  1:45 – 2:15

We will be dismissing by 3:15. If you wish to take your child home after the

sing-along, you will need to sign him/her out in the office.

Level IV Advanced Academic Referrals

If you are a second grade parent and would like to refer your child for Level IV services for third grade, please make sure to send your Level IV referral and any supporting work samples in before January 10, 2019.  The deadline for submitting referrals is January 10, 2019. Level IV Referral Meetings -If you are a second grade parent and you would like some guidance with completing your level IV referral for your child please consider attending one or all of the work sessions below. Second grade parents, teachers and the advanced academics resource teacher will be there to help. These meetings will take place in the AAP room from 4:00 – 5:00 (room 140).

MyON Water Filter Book Set - 2nd grade

Dear parents/guardians of 2^nd grade students,

Your child is about to begin their 2^nd STEM lab rotation! Each 2^nd grader has been assigned a book set in MyOn around water and pollution. When your student logs in to MyOn, they will see the “Water Filter” project on their home page. Happy reading!
