Veterans Day and Thanksgiving Luncheon

We had two wonderful community events at Olde Creek this week. On Monday, we welcomed active duty and retired members of our nation’s armed services to honor and recognize Veterans Day. Every student in the building had the opportunity to listen and interact with one of our visitors. We are grateful that our honored guests took the time to share about their military service to our country. This memorable experience will leave a lasting impression on all of us.

Then, after we worked through the weather cancellations and delays, we had a festive Thanksgiving Luncheon today. We couldn’t have done it without the amazing parent volunteers who dedicated their time to making this event happen. Our cafeteria was full of smiling faces, warm greetings, and families and friends coming together. It is clear that we have much to be thankful for at Olde Creek!
