Positivity Project

This week our focus has been on the character strength of self-control.

Individuals with the character strength of self-control are those who can limit impulsive behavior. They have the ability to experience and navigate difficulty while remaining poised. They might be described as: disciplined, poised, composed, cool., measured and restrained.

To quote Marcus Aurelius “You have power over your mind – not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.”

If you are interested in learning more about the Positivity Project,  please visit their website or the Poplar Tree website Positivity Project
