You are cordially invited to join your child for the Poplar Tree Annual Thanksgiving Luncheon on Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018.
Forms to order your ticket for the luncheon went home in Friday Folders on Oct. 19, 2018. If you cannot find your form, please send in a note (one per family) with the number of meals, student's name and check attached. Remember if you are using My School Bucks please just indicate that on your form or note and the money will be taken from your child's account on the day of the luncheon.
Lunch for all visitors (adults and non-Poplar Tree students) is $4.50 and lunch for Poplar Tree students is $3.25.
Tickets for all lunches prepaid by cash or check will come home before the luncheon. Please ensure you include your child's name so we know who to deliver the tickets to for lunches.
