Hello Aldrin Families,

Stay Connected and Catch the Buzz! Your school and PTA are working together to ensure you receive the most up-to-date information.

With School:

Aldrin will continue to use the “Keep in Touch” (E-Notify or Blackboard Connect) system for emergency, attendance, and essential outreach messages via email, telephone, and text. E-Notify is part of the FCPS crisis communication service.

Make sure you are receiving "FCPS News You Choose” from the school. (The subject line will start with Aldrin. If you are not receiving these emails, please visit the Aldrin web page and click on the Aldrin News You Choose Rectangle to sign up.) This service allows subscribers to receive email notifications and updates based on interest. A variety of topics are offered. (News You Choose could contain division information or Aldrin information.) On October 26^th, Aldrin will begin publishing a new weekly “News You Choose” with lots of Aldrin information.

Browse to https://aldrin.ptboard.com/home
Click “Sign Up”, enter name, email, password, click “Sign Up”
Click “Join Aldrin Elementary”, Enter school code 4HGUKV
To submit directory information, click “Home” -> “Student Directory” -> Manage/Edit My Student Directory” -> Enter information and click “Save” to submit Directory Information.

If you’ve already registered, please make sure your student’s information is updated in the directory with:

Name
Grade & Teacher
Parent Contact Information
