Let's Get Moving! Tigers on the Move
Friday Oct. 26, 2018
Tigers on the Move is next week Terraset! Are you ready for this Terraset Elementary School PTO Move-a-thon fundraiser? Students should continue to collect sponsorships by asking friends and family members to please give a flat donation, of any size, to sponsor their movement in the Move-a-thon. Online donations are accepted, please click here to contribute online.
All students will participate in Tigers on the Move by running, walking, skipping, and simply moving in any way they can think of along our rooftop track for 15 minutes during recess. We will have music to help get students moving and having fun, and Popsicles to help them cool down after.

Box Tops and Coca Cola Fall Raffle
It's time for our fall collection and raffle! Turn that trash to cash. Please send in your Box Tops and Coca-Cola codes to be entered into a raffle. Items must be in the collection boxes by Friday, October 26th, and have the student's name and teacher to be entered in to the raffle.
Do you have a common lunch/kitchen area at your work? Please consider setting up a collection box for people to put box tops or coca cola codes. Every little bit helps Terraset!

Tigers on the Town - Car Wash Fundraiser
Terraset PTO is partnering with Clocktower Car Wash for our next Tigers on the Town Fundraiser. Stop by the Clocktower Car Wash, 2501 Centreville Road, Herndon, VA on Saturday October 27, 2018 between 8am- 7pm to have your car washed and 25% of your purchase will be donated to the Terraset PTO.
Movie Night
Friday, November 9, 2018
5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Movie Night is a free night at the movies at Terraset! Sponsored by the Terraset PTO this event is fun for the whole family. Come out and enjoy an age appropriate movie (two selections), food and drinks will be available for purchase. The doors and concessions open at 5:30pm with the movies beginning at 6pm. One movie will be shown in the cafeteria and the other in the gym.
The students are currently voting on their choice of movies. The choices are:
- Finding Nemo vs. Secret Life of Pets
- MOANA vs. Sing
Parents must stay with their children at this event.
