Tiger Art Cart - Ongoing Throughout the School Year

    • In general, once per quarter with the schedule being determined by the teacher and the volunteer
    • Tiger Art Cart Volunteer Interest Meeting, Wednesday October 10th, 6:30pm, Terraset Library
    • Tiger Art Cart is an art enrichment program that supplements and supports the school’s art program.  No art experience is necessary, we provide the training and materials. Volunteers are artist "presenters" and lead a classroom through an already created PowerPoint slideshow.  Following the presentation, volunteers hand out specially chosen, PTO purchased art supplies so the students can create art in the style of the artist. For example a presentation on Vincent Van Gogh would teach the students about his life and his art.  Following the presentation, students would use oils or watercolors to create dreamy post-Impressionistic artwork. Sign up to help out with Tiger Art Cart.
