If you are interested in learning about AAP in Fairfax County,
please attend our parent information session on Friday, September 28th from 8:15-9:00 am in SVES room 207.
During this session, we will review the four levels of AAP service
available to students as well as the screening process for Level IV (full-time)
AAP services.
This meeting will be particularly helpful for parents of second
grade students and parents of students new to our FCPS community who are
interested in the AAP program.
If you are unable to attend, please make note of the following
important dates to our Level IV screening schedule this year:
Thursday, October 11th: Level IV referral forms and screening materials are due for any new
to FCPS student in grades 3-6 interested in transitioning to a Level IV
classroom during the second half of the 2018-2019 school year.
Thursday, January 10th: Level IV referral forms and screening materials are due for any
student in grades 2-6 interested in the Level IV program for the 19-20 school
year.
