Olde
Creek Families…
We
hope that all of you are having a wonderful summer. We can’t wait to hear about
all of the exciting adventures our students went on when they return in a few
weeks. As we head into the 2018-2019 school year we are looking forward to
continuing our work that is aligned with the Portrait of a Graduate. We will also be
focusing on academic conversations and learning targets throughout all
curriculum areas. Over the course of the year, we hope that you will be hearing
about all three of these topics from your students.
Building strong relationships with our parent community
continues to be the foundation of the work that we do. We value parent
involvement and will continue to work together to provide the very best for
each child. We encourage families to volunteer in the school and get involved
with the Olde
Creek PTA, and participate in our community events. Over the
course of the year, we will be sending out specific information about our
many events and programs. You can also use our website to stay connected to the many
great things happening at our school and we encourage you to follow us on

The
remainder of this message includes important dates and information that is
related to the beginning of the school year. Feel free to call or email the
school if you have any questions or if there is anything we can do to help.
We
can’t wait to see everyone in a few weeks! Have a great finish to your summer.
