Contribute to "Collect for Kids"

In the 2018-19 school year, FCPS is projected to have over 54,000 students who qualify for free or reduced meals. "Collect for Kids" is a network of non-profits, faith-based groups, businesses and civic organizations who work together to collect school supplies and backpacks for these students each year. Your $25 gift to the 2018 "Collect for Kids" drive can provide a filled backpack to a student.

Help us help all students to be successful in school! Find out more on the Collect for Kids website.

Make your End-of-School Contribution to the Foundation for FCPS

As we approach the end of the school year, honor a special teacher or administrator, or your graduate, with a financial gift to the Foundation for FCPS. The Foundation has several program areas where your donation can assist students in specific ways.

  • Erase student lunch debt (Kids in Need)
  • Provide backpacks or school supplies for students in need (Collect for Kids)
  • Support Teacher Grants to expand work-based learning and career exploration opportunities (Workforce Development)
  • Enhance Employee Recognition programs, such as FCPS Cares or the FCPS Honors (Employee Recognition)
  • Provide gift cards and support to homeless students in FCPS (Kids in Need)

Or give to the school or program of your choice. We make it easy - YOU make the difference.
