Dear Parents and Guardians,
Our final week of school has been full of joy and celebration here at Oak Hill! The 6th grade moving up ceremony and celebration went well and grade level parties have been lots of fun for all students, staff, and parents. Thank you to all the Oak Hill parents and family members who attended these events and have volunteered during the school year. Your time and effort have been greatly appreciated.
For those who are returning next year, I look forward to seeing you at our Open House in the fall. An email with the date and time will be sent out soon and the information will be on the Oak Hill website as well..
We hope you enjoy a wonderful summer with your children and make reading and learning an important part of each and every day. Please remember that Friday is a two-hour early release day and the last day of school! Dismissal will begin at 1:30 pm. Final progress reports, Universal Screener, and SOL scores will be sent home with students on Friday. Thank you for a fantastic school year!

As a reminder, the last day of the 2017-18 school year is this Friday, June 15 and students will be dismissed 2-hours early at 1:30pm. |
The Oak Hill Office will close at 2:00pm tomorrow for an end of year staff luncheon. Summer Office hours are 8:00-12:00 and begin Monday, June 25th.

School Supply information for the 2018-2019 has already gone home with students. As in previous years, you may order your supplies from Schoolkidz. Order at www.shopttkits.com (school code is 40229). Order deadline for online orders is June 22nd! Supply lists have also been updated on the Oak Hill website if you choose to purchase supplies on your own. |
The school
health room would like to remind parents and guardians that all medication
that is stored in the health room must be picked up no later than the
student dismissal time on the last day of school. Medication left in
the health room after 1:30pm on June 15th will be discarded.
It is school policy that medications must be picked up by the parent or
guardian and they cannot be sent home with your child. Please see
the below list for the Health Room Hours. If you have any questions

Our Oak Hill garden is growing and we expect a bumper crop this
summer! We are in need of individuals/families to help us with watering
