Cyber Patriot
The Foundation helped FCPS start Cyber Patriot teams in 10 middle schools, with over 150 students participating and learning about keeping computer networks secure. The Foundation was awarded the Chairman's Award from the Community Foundation for Northern Virginia for our work to expand cyber education.

 Employee Recognition
We recognized the good work being done around the school district by our 22,000+ employees with FCPS Cares and the FCPS Honors celebrations.

 Kids in Need
We provided support for students who live in poverty, with funding for school supplies and basic necessities, gift cards for homeless students, or help with school lunch debt.
|
 Virginia STAR
Our 7 school-based Virginia Star clubs refurbished used computers and donated them back to impoverished FCPS students.

Superintendent's Luncheon
Over 300 people attended the inaugural Superintendent's Luncheon in November, which raised funds for the Foundation and recognized our committed business and community partners.
