We hope you can join us at 9:20 a.m. on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 in room 207 for this discussion.
Digital Citizenship is a broad term that includes online
safety, responsibility, and respecting oneself and others while online. Students
have been learning about digital citizenship in school. Parents will be
introduced to various digital citizenship resources during our next parent
coffee. We will also discuss a relevant topic: managing screen time.

All Fairfax County public schools will close two hours early on
Wednesday, November 22, in an effort to help school buses avoid the
increased traffic related to the Thanksgiving holiday. This policy has been in
effect for the past few years. Schools are closed on November 23 and 24.
Classes will resume on November 27.
This school year, students will be released early on the last day
of each quarter, the day before Thanksgiving break, and the last day of school
in June. See the 2017-18
calendar.
Please join us as we support local families in need this
Thanksgiving by donating non-perishable food from November 1-20. Food collected

families in our area. Drop off boxes will be in the main lobby at Sunrise
