Winter Meet the Coach Night
The Office of Student Activities Invites you to Winter
Sports “Meet the Coach Night” scheduled for Monday, November 20 at 7:00 p.m. in the TJ Auditorium. This is a great opportunity to meet our fall
coaches, the Student Activities staff, the Athletic Training staff, and the Colonial Athletic Boosters who will share
how you can best support the TJ Athletic Program. The Colonials Athletic Booster parents have
provided the TJ Athletic Program with an outstanding level of support
throughout the fall season and we are truly grateful for their support.
The TJ Activities Staff will briefly share with you an
overview of our program goals along with a brief presentation from our Booster
President and our head Athletic Trainer Heather Murphy. Parents will then be asked to move to
individual team breakout locations to allow coaches time to share their
expectation for the season. Topics include, transportation, expectations for
attendance at practices and any team policies unique to their individual sport.
We looking forward to meeting you on Monday, November 20, 2017.
Reminder: Fall Sports Awards Night
The Office of Student Activities cordially invites you to
our Fall Sports Awards Night on Thursday, November 16, 2017 in the Main Gymnasium to celebrate the accomplishments of our sports teams
and the achievements of our individual athletes. Refreshments and desserts
will be served at 6:30 p.m. followed by the presentation of the team awards at
7:00 p.m. At the conclusion of the team
awards all winter sports teams will breakout to individual locations to present
the coaches awards.
The Office of Student Activities Staff looks forward to
seeing you on November 16.
