Impact Aid Student-Parent Survey forms were sent home in
the last Friday Folder.
Please return the completed, signed and dated survey tomorrow, November
8. 100% participation is critical for obtaining our fair share of federal
funding.
The process is easy. Complete either Section 2, 3, 4 or 5
and then sign, date and return.
