 Einstein Night
On April 27th, Mosby Woods ES invites all students and their families to share an evening of science, math and innovation at the Providence Community Center at 6:30pm-7:30pm. Grade levels will share their knowledge of science and math with everyone for a fun evening of exploration and challenge.

 Students learn from many different parents and community members about different careers at the Career Fair.

 Basketball Game
It was such an incredible night! We had a great game, tons of
fans, showcased our kids’ talents and demonstrated excellent sportsmanship. We
raised $950 for the Lamb Center. Thank you to Mr. Gaddy who organized every detail of the event beginning in August! Thanks to our
outstanding players who always work and play as team modeling the results of
playing with heart, practice, effort and great sportsmanship. Thanks to our
cheerleaders and many, many fans who rocked the spirit and stadium. Thanks to
Mr. Reeve for his wisdom, energy and blessings for the team. Thanks to Mr. Pietzman and
Ms. Levis for announcing and score keeping and finally to Mrs. Avery for bringing joy
to so many kids by rockin' the dance moves as Musty the Mustang! I sent a note
to the Providence staff thanking them for a great game, and they were very
positive about the whole event and appreciated the competition and school
spirit!

The Buy-One-Get-One Free Book Fair is coming May 3rd-5th.
It’s the perfect time to stock up on books for summer reading!
Sales are during regular school hours and Family Night will
be on Thursday, May 4th from 3:30pm to 7:30 pm. All students
must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the evening event.
Please note that there will be no preview days and no orders
taken as quantities are limited to what arrives with the fair. For K
through 2nd Grade, parents can send a set amount of money in with
their child and adults will be on hand to help them make the most of their
purchases. For 3rd-6th grade, adults will be
present to help but only if the student requests it. We encourage all
parents to discuss with their child what “buy-one-get-one free” means and what
your expectations are for purchases.
 6th grade performs Thriller during halftime at the basketball game.
