Kings Glen will be observing April as the Month of the Military Child.

Since 1986, this designation has been intended to recognize and thank children from military families.

Kings Glen will be observing this month in the following ways:

  • 1.            Please send in copies of pictures of your family Military Heroes to be showcased on a bulletin board display. Make sure your child’s name and their teacher’s name is on the back if they want it returned.  Send in pictures by Friday, April 7.

  • 2.            Mondays in April will be Military Monday.  KG students are invited to dress as a favorite branch of service (no hats or weapons, of course).
