Olde Creek Weekly
Update
Shared Morning Meetings
To celebrate all of the fabulous learning that
took place during the 2nd quarter, all of our students participated
in Shared Morning Meetings today. As a part of our school-wide Responsive Classroom approach,
our students participate in a morning meeting each day within their classroom to build community and foster a sense of belonging. Today, entire grade
levels came together to share their successes and all of the exciting things
that they did this quarter!

Olde Creek
ES is competing in the FCPS Battle of the Buildings, a district-wide energy
conservation battle to see which school can save the most energy, and we are
off to a great start! You can see our school’s energy data at http://get2green.fcps.edu and follow the action with the Twitter hashtag
#FCPSEnergyBattle.
