REGISTRATION IS TOMORROW
FOR
Chess Club
Grades 2-6

Willow Springs PTA sponsors a Chess Club for students in grades 2-6. We employ the US Chess Center to teach the kids how to play chess as well as supervise their play. The students also have opportunities to participate in chess tournaments. The club meets on Wednesdays after school until 5pm. The Spring semester will start on January 25th and end in mid-May.
The cost for 1 child is $98 per semester. The cost for 2 or more children is $83 per child per semester. You can pay via check or credit card. Please note, credit card payments will incur an additional 4% processing charge. Payment instructions will be given after registration. Money that is not spent by the club remains with the Willow Springs PTA.
Registration will be online starting Wednesday, January 11th at 7am, and it is expected to fill up quickly. Please use the following link to access the registration form at that time: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RG8Y8VQ Please have the following information ready when registering: Teacher's name, emergency phone numbers, emergency contact person and phone number, and child's shirt size. WILLOW SPRINGS YEARBOOK
Calling all photographers!! There will be some wonderful opportunities for parents to capture memories to include in the 2016/17 yearbook: Field Day, Spirit Days, and World Festival, Clubs, Book Fair. We know from past experience that our parents take great pics so please remember to submit those pictures at the following sight:

NOTES:
-Upload 5 images at a time (10 mb or smaller).
•PLEASE REMEMBER: Enter a description for each image so the yearbook staff can easily identify what is happening in the photo. Please identify the grade/teacher for each picture, if possible. It's difficult to organize and use photos where we don't know the student/grade, or event.
Yearbook Orders
Order your yearbook by December 9! Go to ybpay.lifetouch.com and enter yearbook ID code 9870117. Online ordering ONLY. Please DO NOT send payment into the school. Yearbooks must be pre-ordered and will not be available for sale at school.
