Your contribution to the Foundation for FCPS will help us engage and inspire students today to be leaders in our community tomorrow.

Future Workforce: The Foundation is developing a future workforce by supporting STEM programs that encourage students in identifying future careers. Currently, we are expanding cyber IT into every high school, launching CyberPatriot clubs in every middle school and integrating engineering and coding concepts in the elementary school curriculum.

Teacher and Employee Recognition: In partnership with the FCPS Human Resources department, we honor excellence through a series of monthly employee recognitions in each of the five FCPS regions, and system wide through the annual FCPS Honors event in June.

Kids In Need: With over 50,000 students living below the poverty line in Fairfax County, the Foundation maintains a "Kids in Need" fund to supplement student needs that are not met through our extensive web of social service agencies, faith-based, and non-profit organizations.
