Dear Stenwood Families:
A Few Reminders…
It may not be the time of year for New Year’s resolutions, but I ask you to consider adopting one if pertinent to you. We have students who are repeatedly late in the mornings, and instruction begins in the classroom at 8:30. Please help by ensuring that your child is arriving to school on time. (That means in their classroom prior to the late bell at 8:40.)
Just a reminder that you are invited to attend our annual informational session from Mrs. Spinelli about the Advanced Academic Program which will occur on October 26th from 8:45-9:30 a.m. This meeting will be held in the cafeteria.
And don’t forget about our annual Veteran’s Day Breakfast! Please do mark your calendar if you are formerly or currently military and also be sure to invite any grandparents, uncles, aunts to our celebration. See additional information within this newsletter. It is an honor to recognize and show appreciation for the service of our military families.
Your generosity is appreciated to support our SCA who will once again support our sister school, Graham Road Elementary through a donation drive for hats, gloves/mittens, and scarves (new, not used, please). The drive will run from October 17th through October 28th.
