Family Fun Night THIS FRIDAY at 6PM
Bring your family and join your Stenwood Community for a fun night of dinner, Bingo, raffles, and a silent auction. Sign up to volunteer here.
** PTA events are not drop-off events. All children must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.

Donate the toys and games your child no longer plays with for Family Fun Night prizes. Please send them in with your students or bring them in yourself to the Stenwood Office. Thank you!

Thank you to Elizabeth Masturzo Baldeon for arranging all of our PTA-funded assemblies at Stenwood. Thus far, the students have enjoyed Mad Science and 1-2-3 Con Andres assemblies due to Elizabeth's efforts.
Thank you also to Jenny Kronzer for tirelessly counting all of our BoxTops -- that is NOT an easy job!!

Last week, County Executive Ed Long proposed a mere 3 percent increase, which would cause a $68 million budget deficit for FCPS. This will require drastic budget cuts that will impact the quality of our schools.

Celebrate Thoreau! Auction
On Friday evening, the Thoreau community will come together for an evening of fun and food. The fundraising event, which will be held at the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department, features a silent and live auction! Admission includes one drink ticket and delicious heavy appetizers.
