VQB5 Primary Site Administrators
Starting today, all sites that participated in VQB5 during the 2023-2024 year have the opportunity to participate in a data verification process prior to VQB5 Quality Profiles being finalized and shared publicly in the fall of 2024.
Login to your LinkB5 account, and click on the Reports tab to get started.
- Data Verification provides sites with the final opportunity to verify site information, review quality rating results, or request corrections prior to the public release of profiles. The completion of data verification is optional, however sites are strongly encouraged to complete this important step to ensure that your site’s information is accurate. Please view the two resources below for details and instructions.
-
Ready Regions and VDOE’s VQB5 team will provide support to site administrators during the verification period.
- To complete data verification, you will complete an online form which you will access from your LinkB5 account.
- You will need to submit your hours of operation in order for this information to be included in your public quality profile this fall. If you do not complete the online data verification form, your profile will not include hours of operation.
- Along with hours of operation sites can submit other changes/corrections to site information if needed.
- Primary site administrators may designate another site administrator to complete data verification, but only one online form can be submitted from each site.
The verification period for 2023-2024 is July 15 – July 26.
- At the conclusion of the Data Verification process, VDOE will make changes to quality profiles as necessary before finalizing.
