As you may know, VDOE has partnered with researchers at the University of Virginia (UVA) on the Virginia Child Care Provider Survey.
I want to thank the 2,000 child care providers who have already completed the survey. From your voices, we hope to better understand how to support providers and improve child care access for families across Virginia.
If you have not yet completed the survey, I encourage you to do so before the survey closes on October 28th. It is so important to hear from as many child care providers as possible so that we can be confident in the survey’s representativeness and results.
To thank you for completing the survey, UVA will send you a $25 Walmart gift card.
UVA has sent emails including your survey link. If you cannot find an email from “Study of Early Education through Partnerships,” please email the UVA researchers at see-partnerships@virginia.edu or call (434) 297-6882. If you’re not sure whether you’ve already completed the survey, or if you have any other questions, please reach out to UVA.
Please know your responses will be kept completely confidential. UVA will never report individual responses to anyone in your site, community, or elsewhere. The survey will never be used to evaluate your site, and it will never be released in an identifiable way.
