CCAPS Provider Portal System Maintenance

SUBJECT: CCAPS Provider Portal System is Unavailable Due to Maintenance

Dear Child Care Provider,

An announcement was shared in this week’s Readiness Connections newsletter that the Child Care Application Processing System (CCAPS) would be unavailable on May 26, 2022, beginning at 3:45pm for scheduled maintenance. Though we anticipated the portal only being offline for several hours, the maintenance is still underway and the system will remain offline through the weekend. While system maintenance continues, you will be unable to access CCAPS or the Central Registry Search (CRS) portal. We will send an announcement once the portal is back online.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
