The next semi-annual EEO Complaint & Grievance Resolution Report is due on January 15, 2027. The primary goal of this report is to gather high-level data from agencies on the outcomes of internal investigations concerning employee relations issues, specifically related to EEO discrimination complaints and grievances.
The report template (found in the link below) includes two key tabs: “EEO Complaint Report” and “Grievance Resolution Report”. You are required to complete both tabs, and detailed instructions for each can be found directly under the respective tabs. If your agency does not have data to provide, you must still complete this report and note no data to provide where applicable.
There is an additional requirement for the EEO tab this year. When submitting your report, please also attach a copy of the following:
- Your agency’s EEO policy statement
- Your agency’s EEO Discrimination Complaint form
- The completion rate (%) and record of all employees who have completed the required “MVP- Understanding EEO and EEO Related Processes” Training
Please download and save the report as “Agency Name EEO _Grievance Report”. This report will be due by January 15, 2027. Please submit the report via email to both OWE and EDR.
