2026 DHRM HR Leadership Conference - Registration Now Open!

Good Morning State HR Leaders and Safety Officers,

Registration is now open for the 2026 DHRM HR Leadership Conference! This year's conference theme, “Control + Alt + Delete: HR Reboot & Reimagine” invites us to strengthen the foundations of human resources, embrace innovation, and reimagine how we recruit, develop, support, and retain the Commonwealth's workforce.

We are excited to welcome HR professionals, workforce leaders, practitioners and Safety Officers from across the Commonwealth to the Greater Richmond Convention Center (GRCC) in Richmond, Virginia, September 28–30, 2026.

NEW THIS YEAR! Registration for this conference is through the COVLC’s E-commerce module.

For Group Registration, please note that groups must be from the same organization and register together using one payment option. Group registrations must be handled by your COVLC Agency Domain Administrator. You can find a list of Agency Domain Administrators here. At the time of registration, you will still need a credit card for the group.

The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, conference materials, networking opportunities, breakfast and lunch each day, and refreshment breaks. The deadline to register is September 14, 2026. To register, click here. In order to complete the registration, each participant must complete the survey on the enrollment screen after you pay. Attendees will need to log into the COVLC to complete the survey on the enrollment screen.
