Re: 2026 Open Enrollment Communications and Materials for Non-Medicare
Retiree Group Participants
Open Enrollment is May 15 - 29, 2026
The Annual Open Enrollment (OE) for non-Medicare Retiree Group Participants (Retirees, Survivors and Long-Term Disability Participants) for plan year beginning July 1, 2026, will take place from May 15 - May 29. Any changes will be effective on July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027. Letters were mailed to all non-Medicare retiree group participants on May 1, 2026, directing them to access the OE notification on the DHRM Open Enrollment 2026-27 webpage.
