OSHA Recordkeeping and Reporting Deadline is February 1, 2026 |

Employers covered by OSHA’s recordkeeping requirements must complete their annual injury and illness reporting by January 30. This includes reviewing OSHA Forms 300 (Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses) and 301 (Incident Reports) and completing OSHA Form 300A, Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses for the previous calendar year.
The completed OSHA Form 300A must be certified by a company executive and posted in a visible location where employee notices are typically placed. The summary must remain posted from February 1 through April 30, even if no recordable injuries or illnesses occurred. Employers with multiple establishments must ensure a separate summary is completed and posted for each location.
