Greetings HR Directors,
The 2026 Performance Review process is ready for use in PageUp.
Reminder: Agency HR Performance Administrators must initiate the Annual Review Process each performance cycle.
We’ve incorporated your feedback and made the following updates to the process:
- Performance Objectives: Supervisors will have the option to use previous performance objectives. Please instruct your supervisors that they must enter a minimum of 3 to 5 performance objectives for this performance cycle.
- Reviewer Approval Step: Supervisors now have access to the Reviewer Approval step. If the Reviewer requests changes to the review, Supervisors can make the updates before the Reviewer provides their approval.
- Ratings Interface File: Ratings file from PageUp to Cardinal has been implemented. Only ratings for employees in VPA-eligible positions will be uploaded to Cardinal.
Each agency can decide when to initiate the 2026 Performance Review process. However, it’s best practice to complete the 2025 Performance Review cycle before starting the 2026 process. Please remember to set the review end date for 2026 performance cycle to February 1, 2027. This will allow your supervisors to complete the evaluation process at the end of 2026.
