Dear HR Directors,
Effective immediately, the RMS-PageUp Employment Opportunity Plan Report has been updated with enhanced data fields to improve the accuracy of the compliance reporting.
What Changed:
- Added the appropriate Voluntary Self-Identification of a Disability column
- Filtered for FY25 data only
Action Required:
- The formal EOP Template report is due by June 30, 2025
- If you use PageUp as your Applicant Tracking System, you must use the Employment Opportunity Plan Report – FY25 PageUp report to complete the data call relevant to applicant data.
Key Steps:
- Download the RMS-PageUp EOP report prior to completing the Workforce Data Tab – sections 1 and 2 in the EOP Template.
- Review the updated column definition (attached quick guide)
- Submit your completed EOP template by June 30, 2025 to dhrm.wfp@dhrm.virginia.gov
Support Available:
The new column will provide better insights for workforce planning and help ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
